Thailand Introduces Amended Trademark Law, Advises Trademark Specialist BSA Law
Thai Law Firm BSA Law advises there have been amendments made to Thailand’s trademark law, which came into effect on 28 July 2016.
The Thai government’s Trademark Amendment Act B.E. 2559 is aimed at helping propel Thailand further toward the international standard of IP protection.
