Kids nationwide are being fed in less than 20 seconds as schools install Star Food Healthy Express machines to serve reimbursable meals. There are more than 30 million kids eligible for free or low cost reimbursable meals nationwide and Star Food machines help schools Feed More Kids.

Just as millions of children are heading back to school, the USDA announced new grant funding to help schools encourage kids to choose healthy foods.

The USDA has also completed a companion tool kit for school districts that includes new research on ‘Smarter Lunchroom’ strategies.
