Linking the new Careers page to job aggregators like Indeed.com and changing the submission format to better entice job applicants have contributed to the sharp rise in usage, according to Jane Clark, Vice President of Member Services for NationaLease.

With its new Careers page up and running, NationaLease has seen the number of postings on its Website for job openings within the network of independent truck leasing companies jump dramatically.
